Iwona Golonko

Iwona Golonko is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO of Maroney Group and Chief Executive Officer of Electropublica, Iwona also holds the position of Head of People & Culture at SEC Newgate CEE and mentors at MentorNow. An experienced lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Iwona specializes in topics including life skills and design thinking. Previous leadership roles include CEO of Energia dla firm and Executive Partner at Maroney Group, with a background in HR management at First Group. Iwona holds a PhD in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, an Executive MBA from Warsaw University of Technology, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw.
