Giorgia Caiani

Giorgia Caiani is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as the HR & People Experience Manager at SEC Newgate Italia, Giorgia focuses on managing HR processes to enhance employee experiences and organizational culture. Previously, Giorgia held several positions at Michael Kors, including Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included aligning business objectives with employee needs across multiple regions in Europe. Additional experience includes roles at Levi's® Footwear & Accessories as an HR Administrator, and early career positions at Kinesis Snc and GXS.
