Allison Wise

Allison Wise is currently the Deputy Director for the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where they manage initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce diversity and compliance with federal regulations. Previously, they served as the Program Director for Diversity and Inclusion at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where they developed government-wide policies to build inclusive workforces. Prior to that, they were the first Director of Diversity and Inclusion at the National Archives and Records Administration, establishing its inaugural D&I Program Office and earning recognition for outstanding achievement in promoting diversity. With over 25 years of experience, Allison is also a co-founder of WiseDecisions LLC, which consults on strategies to foster diversity and inclusion in organizations.
