Amy Gwiazda has extensive experience in legal enforcement, particularly within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2010 as an Assistant Director in the Enforcement Division, overseeing investigations into potential securities law violations. Previously, Amy served as an Attorney focused on investigations involving insider trading, accounting fraud, and market manipulation. Prior to the SEC, Amy was an Assistant Attorney General at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from November 2007 to November 2010. Early in the career, Amy held editorial positions at Conde Nast, including Assistant Editor for Conde Nast Traveler and Editor. Amy holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, along with a foundational education from Boston Latin School.
