BeLinda Mathie is a seasoned litigator and investigator who currently serves as Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. With over a decade of experience in government enforcement proceedings, complex business disputes, and real estate litigation, BeLinda has a strong reputation for sound judgment and excellent analytical abilities. BeLinda's impressive career includes roles as a Senior Attorney and Staff Attorney at the SEC, and as a Litigation Partner at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. BeLinda also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit after earning a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
