Chul W. Park

Chul W. Park is an accomplished financial economist with extensive experience in regulatory roles, currently serving as Assistant Director at the US Securities and Exchange Commission since January 2011. Prior to this position, Chul W. Park was a Senior Financial Economist at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from October 1997 to December 2010. Chul W. Park holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Georgetown University, obtained between 1992 and 1999, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematics and Economics from New York University, earned from 1988 to 1992.
