Danielle Voorhees has extensive experience in the field of law, particularly within enforcement and regulatory roles. Currently serving as Assistant Regional Director in the Division of Enforcement's Market Abuse Unit at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2015, Danielle has also held positions such as Senior Counsel in both the Division of Enforcement's Asset Management Unit and as Trial Counsel within the same commission. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado and as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Danielle began her legal career as an Associate at Holland & Hart LLP. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado College.
