Diane Fritz-Marciano

Diane Fritz-Marciano, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2014, Diane has expressed a commitment to a long-term career at the Commission. Prior roles include Director of Accounting at LivingSocial, Director of Revenue Assurance, Assistant Controller, and Controller at Rosetta Stone, Senior Accountant at NII Holdings, Inc., and Auditor at Deloitte. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Biology from William & Mary, earned between 1997 and 2002.
