Donna M. Chambers has extensive legal experience in the finance and securities sectors, having served in various senior roles at prominent organizations. Chambers was a Senior Vice President & Counsel at Citigroup from 2006 to 2007, followed by a significant tenure at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from 2011 to 2013, where positions included Senior Special Counsel and Counsel to the Director within the Division of Trading and Markets.
