Erin Loomis Moore is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Investment Management since October 2013, Erin holds roles in both the Chief Counsel's Office and the Investment Company Rulemaking Office. Prior to this position, Erin worked as an Associate Attorney at K&L Gates LLP from July 2011 to October 2013 and at Seward & Kissel LLP from September 2007 to June 2011. Erin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Additionally, Erin completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at Richard Montgomery High School.
