Letisha Flake

Letisha Flake has over 15 years of experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as a Management and Program Analyst in the Business Management Group at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since February 2013. Previously, Letisha held various roles focused on retirement and benefits across several federal agencies, including the U.S. Marshals Service and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Letisha began a career in the financial sector at Bank of America as a Recovery Mainstream Team Leader. Letisha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from High Point University and has further academic involvement at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
