Marcus Walker

Marcus Walker is a dedicated legal and accounting professional currently serving as a Student Scholar at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2022. Previous experience includes a Summer Internship at Alvarez & Marsal, a Judicial Externship with the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and roles such as an Accounting Assistant at Brecken Business Solutions and a Research Analyst at American Public Development. Marcus has also contributed as a Scholarship Processor at Brigham Young University and an Investment Fund Research Analyst at Capital Fund Law Group. Academically, Marcus is a rising 3L at BYU Law School, holding a Doctor of Law - JD degree in progress, and possesses a Master’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation, along with a Bachelor’s Degree from the Marriott School of Business in Accountancy.
