Michael Jaeger

Michael Jaeger is an experienced attorney serving as an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since November 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Associate Principal Investigator at FINRA, focusing on National Cause and Financial Crimes Detection Programs from July 2022 to October 2023. Michael's extensive background includes serving as Of Counsel at Kaufman & Canoles in early 2022, as well as holding various roles at FINRA from September 2014 to December 2021, including Senior Attorney and Senior Investigator. Earlier experiences include law clerk positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Fullerton & Knowles, P.C. Michael earned a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from The Citadel.
