Michael K. has extensive experience in the financial and regulatory sectors, currently holding the position of Acting Assistant Director in the Office of Securities Based Swaps Surveillance and Monitoring at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since August 2021. As a member of the Broker Dealer Examination program and co-leader of the Cyber Advanced Technology Working Group, Michael K. focuses on the intersection of technology and analytics in regulation.
