Peter Henry

Peter Henry has extensive experience in legal roles within government agencies, currently serving as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since September 2014. Henry has held various leadership positions, including Director of the Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Acting EEO Director. Prior to this, a Labor and Employment Attorney at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from October 2011 to September 2014, and before that, served as Senior Counsel for the National Labor Relations Board and Attorney at the United States Postal Service for 14 years. Henry holds a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
