Ryan Suniga

Ryan Suniga currently serves as an Attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Courts from May 2021 to June 2023, and as an Assistant State’s Attorney in the Civil Rights/Torts Litigation section of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office from November 2018 to May 2021. Ryan's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Staub Anderson LLC and included internships at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Options Clearing Corp. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Occidental College.
