Vadim Glukhovsky

Vadim Glukhovsky is an Assistant Director at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, managing a team of 11 in the examination of investment advisers and companies. Previously, Vadim held various roles, including Senior Counsel and Examination Manager, where they supervised examinations that identified violations of federal securities laws. Vadim also worked as an Attorney at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, focusing on ERISA regulatory matters and enforcement investigations. In addition to their practical experience, Vadim has served as a lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, teaching courses on legal practice and ethics. They are currently pursuing a BA in International Relations and Economics, as well as a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at New York University.
