The current leadership team at the Securities and Exchange Commission has a long history of working in law and finance. The team includes the former General Counsel of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Commissioner of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and Partner at WilmerHale. Additionally, the team has experience as the Attorney General at New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Bergen County Prosecutor at Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, and Chief of the Economic Crimes Unit at United States Attorney's Office, District of New Jersey.
