Ann-Kathrin Herrmann has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Ann-Kathrin started their career at bp, where they participated in a dual education program and studied from 2000 to 2004. Ann-Kathrin then worked at Castrol as a Marketing Administrator from June 2004 to August 2006. After that, they joined seca - precision for health in 2006, initially as a Marketing Manager until December 2008, and then as a Team Manager in Marketing & Grafik from January 2009 to February 2011. Ann-Kathrin later returned to seca in 2012 as a Manager of Marketing Communications, a position they held until June 2017. From July 2017 to August 2018, they worked as a Marketing Manager (Multichannel) at seca. Subsequently, they became a Senior Marketing Manager at seca from September 2018 to February 2023. Currently, Ann-Kathrin holds the position of Head of Multichannel Marketing Creation at seca since January 2023.

Ann-Kathrin Herrmann attended Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration) and earned the title of Diplom-Kauffrau. In terms of additional certifications, Ann-Kathrin obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification in December 2020 from Scrum.org.
