Guillermo Tapia Nicola

Guillermo Tapia Nicola is a seasoned legal and political advisor with extensive experience in public administration and legal practice. Currently serving as Asesor Dirección Ejecutiva at SECAP Ecuador since January 2022, Tapia Nicola has held the position of Asesor legal y politico at Asamblea Nacional since May 2017. As the founder of Tapia Nicola & ASOCIADOS. Estudio Juridico since September 2015, Tapia Nicola offers legal consulting services. Prior to these roles, Tapia Nicola served as Secretario Ejecutivo at FLACMA from August 2006 to August 2015, representing the federation legally. Tapia Nicola held significant leadership positions as Secretario General at AME during two terms, from December 2000 to February 2008 and from September 1992 to December 1998, overseeing the administration of the association. Educational background includes a degree in Jurisprudence from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia and studies at Universidad Central del Ecuador.
