Katy Brown

Katy Brown is currently the Head of Enablement at Seccl, part of Octopus, where they focus on strategic growth and creativity in enabling businesses. Previously, Katy co-founded and served as CEO of a health-tech start-up, leading its expansion into corporate wellness and managing a successful M&A exit in 2022. They have extensive experience in business transformation from roles at Alpha FMC, Woodford Investment Management, and Deloitte. Katy has also played a pivotal role in social ventures, co-founding Skylark Works, and serves as a trustee for The Migraine Trust. Currently pursuing a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting, Katy is committed to continuous learning and organizational impact.
