Isabel Moises

Isabel Moises has extensive experience in human resources and management consulting, currently serving as Group Executive Director at Secil since February 2020. Prior roles include Director at EUROGROUP CONSULTING Portugal, where strategic business transformation was key, and various leadership positions at Philip Morris Brasil and The HEINEKEN Company. Isabel co-founded Luckro, focusing on connecting brands, retailers, and distributors in commercial management. Previous roles also encompass senior consulting positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, along with a foundational career as an auditor at INGA. Isabel holds a Licentiate degree in Economics from the University of Lisbon and has completed executive education at prestigious institutions including Nova School of Business and Economics and Harvard Business School.
