Nisha Joshi has worked in various roles related to talent acquisition and recruitment throughout their career. Nisha started their career in 2008 as an HR & IT Consultant at Fact Personnel Pvt. Ltd., where they dealt with junior and middle-level HR and IT recruitments. Nisha then joined Hector & Streak in 2012 as an Assistant Manager Recruitment, focusing on senior and C-level hiring. At Hector & Streak, they also served as the global recruitment SPOC for the Advanced Technologies Group. In 2014, they joined ABC Consultants as a Consultant - Technology (Leadership Hiring), specializing in leadership hiring. Nisha then moved to BrowserStack in 2015 as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Currently, they are working at Seclore since 2016. Nisha started as an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition and was recently promoted to the role of Manager - Talent Acquisition. At Seclore, they have been responsible for handling leadership hiring for India, the Middle East, and the US. Nisha has overseen the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessing, and delivering high-quality talent. Nisha has also managed talent acquisition through various channels, including employee referrals, IJP web portals, and campus selections.
Nisha Joshi obtained their B.A degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Nisha later pursued a DHRM degree in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management, where they attended from 2007 to 2008. Subsequently, Nisha completed their MBA in Human Resource from the same institute, studying from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Nisha also obtained a certification in Niche Recruiting from LinkedIn in November 2022.
