Richard Belles

Richard Belles has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, primarily within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee on the Board of Directors for SECO Energy since February 2013, Richard also contributed as Supervisor/Chairman at Villages CDD 3 from March 2003 to March 2011. Previous positions include General Manager at Mobile Star Solutions, Sr Vice President of Sales at Peak Technologies Ltd, and various roles at Mobile Star Network, OnNet Solution, Comdisco, and IBM, where Richard held the position of Director of North American Software Sales and Worldwide Marketing for three decades. Richard's academic background includes multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, The Wharton School, and Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Broome Community College and Hartwick College.
