Asis Mitra

Asis Mitra is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience at Seco Tools, where leadership roles have included Global Engineering Manager, Director Engineering for Asia Pacific, and R&D Head in India since 2014. Prior experience at Seco Tools from 2002 to 2014 involved overseeing R&D for the local and Asia Pacific markets as a Senior Manager, with a team of over 35 individuals. Earlier positions include CADCAM roles at Tooltech Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Amforge Industries, focusing on production and design innovations. Asis holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from BITS Pilani, a Master’s in Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a postgraduate degree in Logistics from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
