Daniel Sikora

Daniel Sikora currently serves as the Head of Global Learning & Development at Seco Tools, a position held since June 2008, where responsibilities include leading and directing global learning initiatives. Prior roles within Seco Tools include Director of Human Resources for The Americas, overseeing HR functions across North and South America, and North American Director of Operations and Human Resources, managing production, logistics, distribution, quality, and HR in Canada, the US, and Mexico. Daniel's career also includes experience at Volkswagen of America, Inc. as Manager of Compensation, HRIS, and Learning Technologies, as well as HR Business Partner. Earlier in Daniel's career, a role as Project Analyst was held at Meijer. Educationally, Daniel obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a focus on Organizational Development, both from Western Michigan University.
