David Tepper

President/emergency Medical Technician at Second Alarmers Rescue Squad

David Tepper has a diverse work experience. David started as a Field Organizer for Obama for America in 2008. In 2010, they worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Montgomery County Public Defender's Office. In 2011, they became a Certified Legal Intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. In 2012, they joined the Defender Association of Philadelphia as a Certified Legal Intern and also started working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Law Clerk. Over the years, they gained various roles at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Assistant Enforcement Counsel and Senior Enforcement Counsel. Additionally, since 2006, they have served as President and Emergency Medical Technician for Second Alarmers Rescue Squad.

David Tepper attended Upper Dublin High School from 2000 to 2004. David then went on to study at Muhlenberg College from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and History.

After completing their undergraduate degree, David Tepper enrolled at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, where they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2009 to 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, David Tepper obtained the New Jersey Bar from the Supreme Court of New Jersey in November 2012 and the Pennsylvania Bar from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October 2012. David also became certified as an Emergency Medical Technician by the Pennsylvania Department of Health in May 2006.
