Cam Carol Dollar

Carol Dollar, CAM, has extensive experience in property management and community leadership within the real estate sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Second Avenue since July 2022, Carol previously held positions that include Community Director at TGM Associates and Senior Manager at The Richman Group, where a significant achievement was reaching 90% occupancy at the Aurora luxury mid-rise in Downtown Tampa. Other roles include Property Manager at The Related Group, overseeing a 320-unit residential community, and managing day-to-day operations at multiple properties. Carol also has experience in project management with That's Us Technology, focusing on online marketing solutions for real estate professionals. Carol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
