The Human Resources team at Second Avenue is responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring employee satisfaction, managing benefits and compliance, and fostering a productive work environment. The team includes Talent Acquisitions Corporate Recruitment, who focuses on sourcing the right candidates; the Human Resources Director, who oversees HR strategy and policy implementation; and the Human Resources Generalist, who handles day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
