Mary Grace Kristian

Mary Grace (MG) Kristian is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of People & Workplace at Enlyte since November 2018, Kristian has also held positions as Senior Vice President at Mitchell International since January 2014 and Advisor to the Board at Second Chance since November 2008. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Mitchell International, Life Technologies, and Dell, with a foundational role at Pepsi-Cola Company as Manager of Organization Capability. Kristian's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, management, and organizational capability enhancement, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Communications from Pace University.
