Terra Heinzel-Nelson

Terra Heinzel-Nelson currently serves as the Director of Care Management at Second Chance Center, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Terra held the position of Northern Colorado Program Manager at the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership from March 2022 to September 2024. Terra began a career at the Center for Employment Opportunities in January 2019, where roles included Interim Program Manager and Retention Specialist, managing teams and providing case management to support individuals on parole/probation. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey, earned between 2014 and 2018.
