Lou Grande Jr. is an accomplished IT executive currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida since July 2023, where the mission focuses on creating impactful solutions for families facing hunger. As the founder of Performance Consulting since August 2022, Lou specializes in IT strategy, organizational structure, leadership development, and project management. Previously, Lou held senior IT leadership roles at Red Lobster for over seven years, overseeing technology services for a large workforce and numerous restaurant locations. Additional experience includes leadership positions with various organizations, such as chairing the International Food and Beverage Technology Association and serving on the boards of SIM Central Florida and Central Florida Tech Alliance. Lou also has significant entrepreneurial experience as a franchisee and owner of technology consulting firms. Education includes a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida (SHFBCF) is a member of Feeding America – the largest charitable domestic hunger-relief organization in the United States. SHFBCF secures and distributes food and grocery products to more than 625 local nonprofit feeding partners throughout Central Florida. Through the help of food and financial donors, volunteers and a caring, committed community, the food bank distributes 300,000 meals every day to a seven-county service area. Feeding neighbors facing hunger is only the beginning. By investing in job training programs, advocating for access to nutritious foods, and inspiring our community to get involved, SHFBCF is leaning into the root causes of hunger and helping our neighbors thrive.
