Andrea Williams-Leon

Andrea Williams-Leon has experience working as a Donor Database Specialist at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee since March 2018. In this role, they support the Director, Donor Services and Analytics, and the External Affairs department in achieving fundraising goals through maintaining data integrity, gift processing, and providing customer service. Prior to this, they worked at Optum as a Business Segment Liaison since January 2003. In this position, they played a key role in the employee onboarding process and provided ongoing support, utilizing various tools to complete business requests and ensuring a successful partnership between Remote Client Operations and the different business segments.

Andrea Williams-Leon attended Bethel University, College of Professional Studies from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Andrea then transferred to Williams College in 2016 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General in 2021.
