Cadre Mandy

Cadre Mandy possesses extensive experience in operations and program management, having worked at Meals on Wheels since May 2022 and previously at Rumble from August 2019 to April 2022. Prior to these roles, Cadre served as Managing Director at The Y (YMCA) from April 2014 to January 2019, where leadership, budget management, and program quality oversight were key responsibilities. As Program Manager at the YMCA, Cadre focused on ensuring staff training and program delivery met member needs and organizational standards. Before this, Cadre was a Project Manager at The National Institutes of Health, notably managing operational budgets for public health projects.
