Cadre Mandy possesses extensive experience in operations and program management, having worked at Meals on Wheels since May 2022 and previously at Rumble from August 2019 to April 2022. Prior to these roles, Cadre served as Managing Director at The Y (YMCA) from April 2014 to January 2019, where leadership, budget management, and program quality oversight were key responsibilities. As Program Manager at the YMCA, Cadre focused on ensuring staff training and program delivery met member needs and organizational standards. Second Harvest exists to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin, with the belief that healthy food belongs to all. Since 1986, Second Harvest has worked with a network of over 300 food distribution partners to achieve the goals of nutrition security and food equity for all.
