Eva Wingren is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in donor relations, fundraising strategies, and program implementation. Currently serving as a Donor Relations Officer at Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin since April 2021, Eva manages mid-level donor portfolios and strengthens community connections through tours and updates. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Development at Paul's Place, Inc., where Eva enhanced donor communications and streamlined processes, and Development Associate at Strong City Baltimore, where Eva significantly increased the individual donor base. Additional experience includes serving as Program Officer at Baltimore Community Foundation, where Eva implemented a $6M impact investing program, and as a senior policy associate at Mercy Housing, focused on advocacy and relationship building with congressional members. Eva holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Arizona State University.

Second Harvest exists to end hunger in Southwestern Wisconsin, with the belief that healthy food belongs to all. Since 1986, Second Harvest has worked with a network of over 300 food distribution partners to achieve the goals of nutrition security and food equity for all.
