Tina England

Tina England possesses extensive experience in operational management and social services, currently serving as Operations Manager at Second Harvest Heartland since May 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing SNAP outreach efforts. Previous roles include the SNAP Outreach Specialist Supervisor and Child Support Case Aide at Rice County Social Services, where legislative research and case management for interstate child support cases were performed. Additional experience includes administrative roles at Faith United Methodist Church and directorship at Waseca Area Family Service Center, along with positions in diversity services and military service in the US Navy. Tina is in the process of completing a Master’s degree in Public Administration/Nonprofit Management at Hamline University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in English and Women’s Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
