Tiffiani Darks is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Second Harvest of Silicon Valley since July 2021, after holding positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HRBP for Operations, Facilities, IT, and Finance. Darks has a robust background in strategic organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and labor relations, demonstrated through previous roles at the Oakland Unified School District, A and B Construction and Rehab, Santa Clara County Employee Services Agency, and Santa Clara County Public Health Department. With a foundation in behavioral sciences and psychology from San Jose State University and San Jose City College, Tiffiani has also shown significant expertise in project management and training and development throughout a decade-long career at ADP.
