Su Waters

Su Waters currently serves as the Director of People Experience and Director of Cultural Transformation at John Lewis Partnership. Prior to this role, Su held the position of Director of Talent at PETS AT HOME GROUP PLC, where responsibilities included co-creating the people strategy and shaping talent plans aligned with business transformation. Su's earlier experience includes serving as Talent & Resourcing Director at Nuffield Health, where a diverse and agile people vision was developed, and as Head of Recruitment at Thomas Cook, where an in-house resourcing department was established. Additional roles at Big Food Group / Iceland Foods, Vistorm, and Norman Broadbent provided further recruitment and consultancy expertise. Su holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and has completed various professional development courses, including Insights Discovery Accreditation.
