Sarah Nicotra

Sarah Nicotra is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently at Second Nature since August 2025, and a member of The Media Dinner Club's Tampa/St. Pete Chapter since March 2025. Previously, Sarah held the role of Customer Success Manager, Strategy at Foundry from April 2022 to August 2025, where management of a portfolio of over 250 clients was a key responsibility. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Townsquare Interactive from October 2021 to May 2022, Sarah managed a book of more than 150 small business clients across the U.S. Furthermore, Sarah served as Regional Manager and General Manager at Kahvie Cafe from January 2019 to October 2021, successfully launching and overseeing operations for multiple specialty coffee shops.
