Mayur Acharya

Mayur Acharya is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as Sr. R&D Manager at Second Nature Brands since July 2020, Mayur previously held significant roles at Blommer Chocolate Company, including Corporate R&D Manager for both Productivity and Product Development, where responsibilities included driving profitability, managing productivity initiatives, and leading new product development teams. At Wells Enterprises, Mayur advanced through various positions, culminating as Sr. Manager of Technical Services, focusing on ingredient and process improvements while also leading innovation teams in the ice cream and frozen dessert sectors. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Dairy Science from South Dakota State University, a Master of Science in Dairy Microbiology, and a Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Science, both from Gujarat Agricultural University.
