Cole Bowman

Cole Bowman is the current Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Second Nature. Prior to this, they served as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Utility Management and Conservation Association (UMCA) from October 2018 to September 2021. Bowman has also held the position of Vice President - Smart IoT Hardware at Zego (Powered by PayLease) from March 2017 to July 2021. From August 2009 to February 2017, they were the Vice President Multifamily at Minol USA where they were responsible for the strategic leadership of Sales, Marketing, and Billing Operations for Minol's Multifamily Division. Prior to that, Bowman worked as a Sr. HR Consultant / Account Manager at ADP from October 2007 to August 2009 where they managed $8 million in annual revenue, 25 key accounts, and 1,900 worksite employees in the SW Region. Cole is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience as an HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Specialist at HP Enterprise Services from November 2004 to August 2007.

Cole Bowman has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Dallas.
