Nevin Caldwell

Nevin Caldwell is currently the EVP at Second Nature. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President of Operations at Protect Plus Air, LLC from September 2019 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Panolam Surface Systems from August 2016 to September 2019. Nevin has also served on the board of Energy Storage Systems from June 2015 to October 2019. Their previous experience also includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Flanders Corporation from January 2014 to May 2016. Nevin Caldwell has a long history of experience in leadership positions involving manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, engineering, quality, lean/continuous improvement, and EH&S activities.

Nevin Caldwell began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nevin then went on to earn an MS in Industrial and Organizational Pyschology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
