Kathy brings 23 years of CX experience to a portfolio of large national and regional brands. She is passionate about fostering client relationships and designing/administering CX programs that deliver strategic intelligence to key stakeholders of the organizations she serves. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Michigan University.
