Matthew Twitchell has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matthew currently serves as the Head of HR at SlateRx, a company that prioritizes creating and managing flexible benefit plans. Prior to this, they held the position of EVP, Human Resources at Second Wave Delivery Systems, a healthcare start-up focused on improving healthcare outcomes. Matthew also worked as the SVP, Human Resources at ThirdWaveRx.

Earlier in their career, Matthew worked at Loblaw Digital as a Senior Manager, Seller Success, Marketplace, where they supported the transformation of PFTech into Loblaws Marketplace and managed the integration of Seller Portal software. At PFTech, they served as the Director, Client Support and contributed to Loblaw's acquisition of the company, which provided marketplace and product information management technologies.

Matthew's previous experience includes roles at Pricefalls.com, where they held positions as Director of Human Resources & Seller Support and Director of Inventory Management. Matthew was involved in the company's acquisition by Loblaw and helped redefine the marketplace model by connecting customers with trusted retailers.

Before their foray into the corporate world, Matthew co-owned Quality Painting and Construction, offering construction, landscaping, and painting services in New England. Under their guidance, the business grew and achieved profitability through various marketing strategies.

Matthew Twitchell attended Kingswood Regional High School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a specialization in Computer Aided Design. Matthew then pursued coursework in Architectural and Civil Engineering at the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Matthew Twitchell has obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2019.
