Paulina Ekvall

Paulina Ekvall is the Executive Vice President Human Resources at BillerudKorsnäs. Prior to their current role, Ekvall served as the Sr HR Director at Arla Foods from August 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they were the VP HR Nordic at Unilever from March 2012 to August 2014 and the Nordic HR Director at Johnson&Johnson Consumer from December 2006 to March 2012.

Ekvall began their career in HR at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare where they worked from September 2003 to December 2006, first as an HR Director and then as the Director of Internal Communications. Paulina then moved on to Kriminalvården, where they were the HR Manager from January 1998 to December 2003. Finally, they worked at Höganäs kommun as an HR specialist and Payroll Manager from January 1992 to December 1997.

Paulina Ekvall's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree in HR Management and Labor Law from Lund University.

Their manager is Lennart Holm, Acting President & CEO. They are on a team with Per Persson - Acting EVP Division Paper, Anders Lundin - Executive Vice President Division Solutions, and Ivar Vatne - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.
