Aaron Todrin

Aaron Todrin is an experienced legal professional specializing in business and bankruptcy law. As the President of Second Wind Consultants since January 2017, Aaron has focused on alleviating the challenges businesses face during bankruptcy proceedings, largely driven by a concern over the high failure rates of Chapter 11 reorganizations. In addition, Aaron serves as the Founding President of Logan Fund, established in January 2021, which concentrates on distressed acquisitions through UCC Article 9 reorganizations. With a background as a Business Attorney at Todrin Law, LLC since April 2017 and previously as an Associate Attorney at Sassoon & Cymrot, LLP, Aaron has developed expertise in entrepreneurial emergence and debt workout strategies. Early legal experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Joan N. Feeney at the United States Bankruptcy Court and assisting with bankruptcy matters at The Gordon Law Firm PC. Aaron holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from American University.
