Zoe Champtaloup serves as the Head of Operations at SecondQuarter Ventures since March 2025. Prior to this role, Zoe was the Director of Operations & General Counsel at Perx Health, overseeing the Business Operations team and managing functions such as Legal, People & Culture, Risk & Compliance, and Finance from July 2021 to February 2025. Zoe's legal career began at Norton Rose Fulbright, where responsibilities included acting for public and private sector clients in commercial disputes, with a focus on government clients and the insurance, wealth, and banking sectors from December 2017 to July 2021. Additional experience includes roles at icare NSW, Henry Davis York, the Parliament of Australia, and the Attorney-General's Department. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from The Australian National University, as well as various leadership and academic credentials from Startmate and other programs.
