Srividya Rathish

Srividya Rathish has worked in various roles in the HR and administrative fields since 2010. Srividya started their career as an Admin Executive at Fleet Management Limited in 2010, where they attended to administrative detail utilizing initiative, problem analysis techniques, good judgement and confidentiality. Srividya also received, reviewed and verified documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures. In 2011, they moved to Wockhardt, where they served as a Sales Coordinator and Admin, coordinating with various staff for operational support activities of the unit and serving as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Srividya also provided administrative/secretarial support for Sales departments and managed minutes of the meetings of all senior Sales Executives and leaders. In 2012, they joined Joint force pharmachem as a Sales/Admin Coordinator. From 2015 onwards, they have been working as an HR Executive at McD Built Environment Research laboratory, SecPod Technologies and Outforce Services.

Srividya Rathish completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at SIES college from 2006 to 2008, followed by a Master's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the same college from 2008 to 2010.
