Charlotte May

Charlotte May is an accomplished HR and Employee Experience professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Interim Employee Experience Lead at Secret Escapes since October 2021, Charlotte oversees multiple areas, including Employee Engagement, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Internal Communications. Prior to this position, Charlotte worked as a Group Learning & Development Partner at COUNTERPOINT HR, providing consultancy to high-profile clients such as Novo Nordisk and Tesco Bank. At Cancer Research UK, Charlotte held several key positions, culminating as Talent & Leadership Development Partner, where a comprehensive talent strategy was developed to align with business outcomes. Charlotte holds a BA in Geography from the University of Leeds and A Levels in French, Politics, and Geography from Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School.
