Jamila Dad

Jamila Dad has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Executive at Secret Escapes since July 2019. Prior to this role, Jamila held the position of Escalation Supervisor at RSVP (Media Response) Ltd from December 2014 to July 2019 and worked as a Customer Advisor at Serco from March 2012 to July 2013. Educationally, Jamila earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Spanish Linguistics from Middlesex University, completing the program between 2007 and 2011.
